Hi ? I'm Valentina, I was born in Sardinia, Italy & grew up North of Milan on Lake Como. I immigrated to the U.S. in 2021, settling in St. Louis, Missouri. And even though I could still get my favorite Italian coffee, it wasn't fresh like back home. So I began searching for that fresh, strong (not bitter) coffee that us Italians ❤️.

The few brands I liked, were inconsistent, likely due to long shelf lives. Others seemed to spend all their energy on their flashy packaging or identity gimmicks. So I set out to craft my own. Enter On Board Coffee, roasted-to-order & sent directly to the enjoyer.
