We roast & ship Monday through Thursday. It may take an additional day for your oder to be picked up by the delivery service after your order is placed. Orders after 4pm CST will roast & ship the following Monday. This is how we ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.Â

Orders + Shipping
What orders qualify for free shipping?
All subscription orders, including our Frequent Flyer program, are free. One-time orders equal, or more than $50, also qualify for free shipping.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
We are currently working on the ability to offer multiple shipping options, including 2-Day & Next Day Air. In the meantime, if you have a specific shipping need please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we do not ship internationally. We plan to work on this possibility in the second half of 2023.
Order Changes/Updates
Requests for cancellations, change of address, or other updates to your order should be made within one business day of placing your order. Our business hours are 8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Please note, we are unable to make an update once you have received a shipping notification.
Missing or Damaged Items
USPS delays are currently impacting transit times, and orders may arrive later than expected. If your order has not arrived within ten days after it was shipped, contact us, and we will happily process a replacement order within two business days.
For damaged shipments, contact us within seven days of receiving your order. If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
At On Board Coffee, our first (second & third) priority is providing our passengers with a luxurious experience. This means providing premier coffee, merchandise, & goods.
If you are dissatisfied with your On Board Coffee purchase in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Crew about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We’ll do our best to get things squared away.
How long will my return/refund take?
Once you speak to one of our Crew about your return or exchange, you’ll receive a pre-paid return label by email.
Simply print out the label, attach it to a box with the items you’re returning, along with your packing slip (if you still have it), and send it back to us. We should receive it within 5-7 business days.
If you’re returning these items, you’ll see the refund processed 3-5 business days after we receive them.
If you’d like your return label to be sent to you by physical mail, just let us know!
What about merchandise returns?
All returned (non-coffee) merchandise should be unused and with all packaging contents. For all returns and exchanges, please reach out to us within 30 days of your order date. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of your returned item(s). For issues with products occurring after 30 days of purchase, please reach out to us.
Subscriptions
What subscription options do you offer?
Currently we offer 12oz bag of coffee subscriptions for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or semi-monthly intervals.
But, this isn’t your regular subscription offer. We’re the first company (that we know of) who offers a decreasing cost over time. While other companies entice new subscribers with a deal upfront & then charge more moving forward, we reward our loyal customers.
Over the course of a two-year period, you’ll end up paying just $1 over our total cost for each order, forever. You can find out more here.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
You can completely cancel your subscription, or pause it for a period of time by logging in & navigating to the ‘subscriptions’ tab. If you need help, please reach out to us.
Just a reminder, pausing your subscription restarts your sliding subscription timetable. If you stick it out, before long you’ll be paying just $1 above our cost!
Can I use a promotion/discount with my subscription?
Unfortunately at this time we cannot stack discounts. We’ve already greatly reduced the product cost, including offering free shipping which is a fluctuating price.
Frequent Flyer Program
Introducing our Frequent Flyer Program, the 1st subscription plan where the cost declines over time. Over the course of 2 years, we reduce your recurring payments all the way down to just $1 above our cost! Oh did we mention it includes free shipping?
